  • Such Bankers’ Acceptance Request must be received by the L/C-BA Issuer and the Administrative Agent not later than 2:00 p.m. (or such later date and time as the L/C-BA Issuer may agree in a particular instance in its sole discretion) of the proposed issuance date.

Related to Acceptance Request

  • Acceptance Letter means the letter from Adviser to BD pursuant to which the Adviser appoints BD as a Broker Dealer for each series of MuniPreferred issued by any Fund that has executed a Request Letter.
