Acceptance by the Transferee Clause Samples
Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 2010-1 SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 2010-1 SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 2010-1 SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.
Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 2025-A Series Certificate and the interest in the 2025-A Series represented thereby, whether set forth in the 2025-A Series Certificate, in the Series LLC Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.
Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20[__]-[__] SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20[__]-[__] SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20[__]-[__] SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 2000-A Vehicle SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 1999-A Vehicle SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 2000-A Vehicle SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.
