Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) definition

Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) means the allowable leeway or variance from a standard before the COUNTY will reject the specific service, that can be considered satisfactory on the average. An AQL does not allow the CONTRACTOR to knowingly offer defective service, but recognizes that defective performance may sometimes be unintentional. As long as the percent of defective performance does not exceed the AQL, the COUNTY will not reject the service. See Exhibit A-3, Performance Requirement Summary.
Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) means the maximum number of Non-conforming Products allowed by Agilent in each Lot manufactured by Flextronics.
