ACCDR definition
ACCDR means the Annualised Cumulative Compounded Daily Rate for that Cumulated RFR Banking Day;
ACCDR means the Annualised Cumulative Compounded Daily Rate for that Cumulated RFR Banking Day; "tni" means the number of calendar days from, and including, the first day of the Cumulation Period to, but excluding, the RFR Banking Day which immediately follows the last day of the Cumulation Period; "Cumulation Period" means the period from, and including, the first RFR Banking Day of that Interest Period to, and including, that Cumulated RFR Banking Day; "dcc" has the meaning given to that term above; and the "Annualised Cumulative Compounded Daily Rate" for that Cumulated RFR Banking Day is the percentage rate per annum (rounded to five (5) decimal places) calculated as set out below:
