AC Lease definition
AC Lease means that certain Lease Agreement, by and between FRP ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 95, LLC and Architectural Ceramics, Inc., dated March 18, 2013, as amended by First Amendment to Lease dated June 7, 2013, as amended by Commencement Agreement dated August 5, 2013, and as amended by Second Amendment to Lease dated August 5, 2013.
