Alter means to change the cellular structure of living tissue.
Limit means a limit per tonne gross weight of that part of the Goods in respect of which a claim arises.

Terminate means the cancellation of the relationship between an insurance producer and the insurer or the termination of a producer's authority to transact insurance.
Indemnification Obligations means each of the Debtors’ indemnification obligations in place as of the Effective Date, whether in the bylaws, certificates of incorporation or formation, limited liability company agreements, other organizational or formation documents, board resolutions, management or indemnification agreements, or employment or other contracts, for their current and former directors, officers, managers, employees, attorneys, accountants, investment bankers, and other professionals and agents of the Debtors, as applicable.
Right shall have the meaning set forth in the second paragraph hereof.
Obligations means any principal, interest, penalties, fees, indemnifications, reimbursements, damages and other liabilities payable under the documentation governing any Indebtedness.
Alteration means the marking, changing or altering in a material way of the terms, meaning or legal effect of a document with the intent to deceive.

Indemnification Obligation means any existing or future obligation of any Debtor to indemnify current and former directors, officers, members, managers, agents or employees of any of the Debtors who served in such capacity, with respect to or based upon such service or any act or omission taken or not taken in any of such capacities, or for or on behalf of any Debtor, whether pursuant to agreement, the Debtors’ respective memoranda, articles or certificates of incorporation or formation, corporate charters, bylaws, operating agreements, limited liability company agreements, or similar corporate or organizational documents or other applicable contract or law in effect as of the Effective Date, excluding any obligation to indemnify any of the foregoing parties with respect to any act or omission for or on behalf of the Debtors arising out of any act or omission determined by a Final Order to constitute actual fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.
amend means to amend, supplement, restate, amend and restate or otherwise modify, including successively, and “amendment” shall have a correlative meaning.
Compromise means disclosure of information to unauthorized persons, or a violation of the security policy of a system, in which unauthorized intentional or unintentional disclosure, modification, destruction, or loss of an object, or the copying of information to unauthorized media may have occurred.
Subrogation means the right of the insurer to assume the rights of the insured person to recover expenses paid out under the policy that may be recovered from any other source.
Duties includes obligations. (5) The word “person” includes natural persons, firms, companies, associations, partnerships, trusts, corporations, governmental agencies and units, and other legal entities. (6) The word “shall” is mandatory. (7) The word “day” means calendar day. (8) The word “Work” is defined in Section 2. (9) A definition in this contract will not apply to the extent the context requires otherwise.
Zoning By-law means the Zoning By-Law of the Municipality or any successor thereof passed pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, S.O. 1998.
