ABRET may place an application on hold while allegations of misconduct are pending.
Facility shall not assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of ABRET.
ABRET has the right to control the quality of all materials on which its name is used in a statement indicating active ABRET accreditation.
Following a denial based on this policy or other noncompliance with ABRET Standards, policies, and procedures, a subsequent application will not be reviewed unless the facility demonstrates that it has undertaken corrective action.
