Above Target definition

Above Target means one or more of the key objectives for the performance area must have been fully achieved with majority of key objectives at least substantially achieved.
Above Target means performance levels are expected to exceed the year

  • The extent to which the Participant will earn the Free Cash Flow Units is based on the Company’s cumulative Free Cash Flow (as defined below) for the Performance Period compared to the cumulative Free Cash Flow Target established by the Committee for the Performance Period as shown in the chart below (with the Threshold, Above Threshold, Target, Above Target and Maximum cumulative Free Cash Flow amounts to be set forth on a separate exhibit which will be provided to the Participant).

  • Linear interpolation shall be used to determine the percentage of Free Cash Flow Units earned in the event the Company’s cumulative Free Cash Flow falls between the (i) Threshold and Above Threshold, (ii) Above Threshold and Target, (iii) Target and Above Target or (iv) Above Target and Maximum performance levels shown in the chart above.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, it is agreed that the Negative Discretion Criteria with respect to all or any part of the Above Target Awards may be limited to a statement that the grant of all or any part of the Above Target Awards will be made by the Compensation Committee in its sole discretion.

Related to Above Target

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in relation to each KPI;

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;
