Above Standard Services Rent definition

Above Standard Services Rent means any and all charges required to be paid by Tenant for Above Standard Services as expressed in Section 3.1(c).

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;
