Aboriginal Communities definition

Aboriginal Communities includes the Indian, Inuit and the Métis peoples of Canada or any other group that has legally been recognized as holding Aboriginal or treaty rights under section 35 of the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000.
Aboriginal Communities means the specific ones listed in section D.1 but may, as the context requires, refer to Aboriginal communities generally rather than specific communities.
