Abandoned or dilapidated sign definition

Abandoned or dilapidated sign means any sign remaining in place that has not been maintained appropriately, as defined in subsection (H) of this section, or if the activity conducted on the subject property ceases for 180 consecutive days. For the purpose of this section, “dilapidated” shall mean a condition of decay, deterioration or partial ruin especially through neglect or misuse.
