AARD definition

AARD means the Agency for Agricultural Research and Development in the Borrower’s Ministry of Agriculture;
AARD means the Borrower’s Agency for Agricultural Research and Development, or any successor thereto;

  • The Borrower shall by June 30, 1989, designate staff in the AARD Secretariat to assist in effectively implementing the Project.
