AAA Arbitration definition

AAA Arbitration means arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
AAA Arbitration has the meaning given that term in Section 2.4.

Examples of AAA Arbitration in a sentence

  • All disputes relating to or arising from this Agreement and/or Executive’s employment with the Company shall be resolved, upon written request by either party, by final and binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association in St. Louis, Missouri (“AAA”) in accordance with the AAA Arbitration Rules and Procedures as in effect at the time of the arbitration.

  • If the disputing parties are unable to agree upon an arbitrator within twenty (20) days after the date on which the Arbitration Demand is served, then the Arbitrator will be selected in accordance with the AAA Arbitration Rules.

  • In the event that either Party fails to name an arbitrator within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the Arbitration Request, then upon written application by either Party, that arbitrator shall be appointed pursuant to the AAA Arbitration Procedure.

  • In the event that any issue shall arise which is not clearly provided for in this Section 19.3, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with the AAA Arbitration Rules.

  • If the disputing parties are unable to agree upon an arbitrator within 20 days after the date on which the Arbitration Demand is served, then the Arbitrator will be selected in accordance with the AAA Arbitration Rules.

  • In such event, the other Party may commence and prosecute such arbitration unilaterally in accordance with the AAA Arbitration Procedure.

  • In the event that the two (2) Party-appointed arbitrators fail to appoint the third, then the third, independent arbitrator will be appointed pursuant to the AAA Arbitration Procedure.

  • The AAA will conduct the arbitration under applicable AAA Arbitration Rules (“AAA Rules”), as those rules may be modified by this Arbitration Agreement.

  • If not thus resolved, it shall be referred to a sole arbitrator selected by the parties within thirty (30) days of the mediation or, in the absence of such selection, to final and binding arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the AAA Arbitration Rules (“Rules”) in effect on the date of this Agreement.

  • If the Parties cannot agree to a sole independent arbitrator, then upon written application by either party, the sole independent arbitrator will be appointed pursuant to the AAA Arbitration Procedure.

Related to AAA Arbitration

  • Arbitration means any arbitration whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution;

  • Notice of Arbitration means the formal notice from the CONTRACTOR or the CUSTOMER to the other party referring a dispute to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2-9.

  • Voluntary arbitration means the procedure whereby parties involved in a labor dispute

  • UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules means the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law;

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.
