Examples of A4A in a sentence
The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3A Notes, the Class A-3B Notes, the Class A-4A Notes and the Class A-4B Notes (collectively, the "Notes") are and, except as otherwise provided in the Indenture and the Sale and Servicing Agreement, will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture.
The Lead Servicer, each Non-Lead Master Servicer, the Trustee and any related Non-Lead Trustee will be entitled to interest on any Advance (at a rate not to exceed the Prime Rate) made in the manner and from the sources provided in the Note A-1 PSA, the Note A-2 PSA, the Note A-3 PSA, the Note A-4A PSA and the Note A-4B PSA, as applicable.

Grantee/Contractor shall require all persons that have access to personally identifiable information (including subcontractors/subconsultants and their employees) sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment A-4-A).
The obligations of the Note A-1-A Holder, the Note A-1-B Holder, the Note A-2-A1 Holder, the Note A-2-A2 Holder, the Note A-2-B Holder, the Note A-3 Holder, the Note A-4-A Holder, the Note A-4-B Holder, the Note A-5-A Holder, the Note A-5-B Holder and the Note A-6 Holder under this Section 5 constitute absolute, unconditional and continuing obligations and each Servicer shall be deemed a third-party beneficiary of these provisions.
The originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than the Notes) will be held by the Note A-2 Trustee (or by a custodian on its behalf) under the terms of the Note A-2 PSA on behalf of all of the Holders until the Note A-1 Securitization Date, at which time the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note A-2 and Note A-4-A) will be transferred to and held by the Note A-1 Trustee (or by a custodian on its behalf) on behalf of all of the Holders.
The Pass-Through Rate for the Class A-4A Component and the Class A-4B Component shall equal the Pass-Through Rate of the Class A-4 Certificates.
The Grantee (Loan Recipient or Contractor) agrees to fully comply with Section 1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111-5), the implementing regulations contained in 2 CFR Part 176, and Appendix A-4-A and any subsequent amendments thereto (Buy American Requirements).
