A2iA LLC means A2iA LLC, a Russian limited liability company and wholly owned Subsidiary of A2iA SAS.
A2iA LLC means A2iA LLC, a Russian limited liability company and wholly owned Subsidiary of A2iA SAS. “A2iA Product” shall mean the proprietary products or services developed, manufactured, marketed or sold by or on behalf of A2iA or any of its Subsidiaries (including products or services currently under development). “A2iA SAS” shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble to this Agreement. “A2iA Software” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(h). “Action” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.
