a relevant disposal means the disposal or the creation of any estate, interest, right or title in or to the Station which, whether or not with the passage of time or the giving of notice, may result in another person becoming the facility owner in respect of the Station but does not include the creation of Security over the Station; and

Related to a relevant disposal

  • Permitted Disposal means any sale, lease, licence, transfer or other disposal:

  • Final disposition means the burial, interment, cremation, removal from the state, or other disposition of a dead body or fetus.

  • Asset Disposition means any sale, lease, transfer or other disposition (or series of related sales, leases, transfers or dispositions) by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary, including any disposition by means of a merger, consolidation or similar transaction (each referred to for the purposes of this definition as a “disposition”), of:

  • Public vessel ’ means a vessel owned or bareboat chartered and operated by the United States, by a State or political subdivision thereof, or by a foreign nation, except when such vessel is engaged in commerce;

  • Sewage disposal system means all interceptor sewers, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, combined sanitary and storm sewers, sewage treatment plants, and all other plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, and disposal of sewage and industrial wastes, and includes a storm water drain system under the jurisdiction and control of a governmental agency.

  • Disposal means a sale, lease, licence, transfer, loan or other disposal by a person of any asset, undertaking or business (whether by a voluntary or involuntary single transaction or series of transactions).

  • Tank vessel means a ship that is constructed or adapted to carry, or that carries, oil in bulk as cargo or cargo residue, and that:

  • Foreign Disposition has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(xi).

  • Regulated air pollutant means the following:

  • Hazardous financial condition means that, based on its present or reasonably anticipated financial condition, a risk retention group, although not yet financially impaired or insolvent, is unlikely to be able:

  • Passenger vessel means any boat, ship, vessel,

  • Cargo vessel means a self-propelled ship in commerce, other than a tank vessel or a passenger vessel, of three hundred or more gross tons, including but not limited to, commercial fish processing vessels and freighters.

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.
