A Loan Percentage definition

A Loan Percentage means, as to any Lender, the percentage which (a) the Commitments of such Lender to make A Loans (or, after termination of the Commitments, the outstanding principal amount of such Lender's A Loans plus the participation of such Lender in all Letters of Credit) is of (b) the aggregate amount of the Commitments of all Lenders to make A Loans (or, after termination of the Commitments, the outstanding principal amount of all A Loans plus the Stated Amount of all Letters of Credit).

If the total actual Project costs exceed the estimated Project costs identified in Appendix B, the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage will increase to reflect the cost overrun, while the OPWC percentage contribution will decrease recognizing that there is a maximum dollar contribution from the OPWC which is identified in this Project Agreement.

  • Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-2 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-2 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Commitment Utilization Percentage means on any day the percentage equivalent to a fraction (a) the numerator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Credit Loans, including the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Letters of Credit, Swingline Loans and Competitive Loans, and (b) the denominator of which is the Total Commitment (or, on any day after termination of the Commitments, the Total Commitment in effect immediately preceding such termination).

  • Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-4 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • Term Loan Commitment Percentage means, for any Lender, the percentage identified as its Term Loan Commitment Percentage on Schedule 2.1(a), as such percentage may be modified in connection with any assignment made in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.6.

  • Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-5 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage means with respect to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, such Revolving Credit Lender’s Applicable Percentage in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility at such time.

  • Margin Percentage with respect to any repurchase transaction shall be 102% or such other percentage as is agreed to by Seller and the Participating Funds (except that in no event shall the Margin Percentage be less than 100%).

  • Class B-1 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage calculated by multiplying the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by either (i) if any Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.01(d), a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-1 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d) or (ii) except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), one.

  • Funding Percentage means with respect to any Payment Date, the percentage derived from the fraction the numerator of which is the Pre-Funded Amount and the denominator of which is the sum of the aggregate Principal Balance of Receivables transferred to the Trust and the Pre-Funded Amount, in each case, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • Class B-3 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-3 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Revolving Credit Exposures of the Lenders on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • Class B Prepayment Percentage Any of the Class B-1 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-3 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage or Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage.

  • Participation Percentages means the percentage of the total actual project costs that will be contributed by the OPWC, not to exceed the maximum dollar contribution of the OPWC identified in this Project Agreement, and the percentage of the total actual project costs that will be contributed by the Recipient. Both of the percentages are identified in Appendix D. In the event that the total actual project costs exceed the estimated project costs identified in Appendix D, the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage will increase to reflect the cost overrun, while the OPWC percentage contribution will decrease recognizing that there is a maximum dollar contribution from the OPWC which is identified in this Project Agreement.

  • Commitment Percentage is set forth in Schedule 1.1, as amended from time to time.
