A-12 Certificates means the Class A Subclass Principal Balance of the Class 1-A-12 Certificates divided by the Pool 1 Balance (Non-PO Portion) and for the Class 2-A-6 Certificates means the Class A Subclass Principal Balance of the Class 2-A-6 Certificates divided by the Pool 2 Balance (Non-PO Portion).

Examples of A-12 Certificates in a sentence

  • The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class A-12 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.
