A-10 Contract Reimbursement Payment means any modification, contract reduction, contract reimbursement, penalty, refund or damage payments or other similar fees, damages, refunds or other amounts payable in connection with the foregoing, including (without limitation) any related income tax refund in connection therewith, in each case with respect to or derived from the modification and adjustment of the 2008 contract with The Boeing Company with respect to the Boeing A-10 Wing Replacement Program.”

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine in the future that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Payment Cap For each Mortgage Loan, the percentage limit set forth in the related Mortgage Note concerning the maximum permitted increase in a monthly payment.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Cost-reimbursement contract means a contract under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this code, and paid a fee, if any.

  • Expense Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c).

  • Annual Payment The total amount payable to the Settlement Fund Administrator by the Settling Distributors on the Payment Date each year, as calculated by the Settlement Fund Administrator pursuant to Section IV.B.1.e.   • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Reimbursement Date as defined in Section 2.4(d).

  • Delta Payment means as it is described in this Agreement.

  • Interim Payment has the meaning specified in Section 10.1.

  • FILOT Payments means the amount paid or to be paid in lieu of ad valorem property taxes as provided herein.

  • Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.
