Each Market-Vesting Threshold is a distinct vesting trigger and multiple Market-Vesting Threshold events may be achieved simultaneously; for the avoidance of doubt and by way of illustration, if the 90-Day Price equals or exceeds $16.38, then 26,000 shares would vest.
