7 day shift worker means an Employee working in accordance with the provisions of clause 3.1.3 of the Agreement. "Immediate member of the family or household" means:

Accordingly, this category of employees does not meet the minimum requirement of a shift worker contained at clause 22.2(b) of the Award. Otherwise "7 day shift workers" as defined at clause 8.1.10 of the Agreement are entitled to an additional 2 weeks of paid annual leave as per clause 8.1.9 of the Agreement. .
