4.875% Notes definition

4.875% Notes means the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2023, issued by the Issuer pursuant to the 4.875% Indenture and in existence on the Issue Date (less the aggregate principal amount of 4.875% Notes that are thereafter converted, repurchased, redeemed, discharged or otherwise repaid).
4.875% Notes means the Issuers’ 4.875% Senior Notes due 2017.
4.875% Notes means the $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2022 issued pursuant to the Indenture (together with any notes of such series issued in substitution or exchange therefor).
