401(k) Safe Harbor Matching Employer Contribution means any Matching Employer Contribution made by the Employer to the Plan in accordance with Subsection 1.11(a)(3) of the Adoption Agreement, the 401(k) Safe Harbor Matching Employer Contributions Addendum to the Adoption Agreement, and Section 5.08, that is intended to satisfy the requirements of Code Section 401(k)(12)(B).
