Definition of 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan


401(k) Profit Sharing Plan means the 401(k) Savings and Profit Sharing Plan for Employees of NIKE, Inc.

For example, a spouse of a Putnam employee may have a 401(k)/ Profit Sharing Plan with his or her employer that invests in Putnam funds.
