3m EURIBOR means, in respect of any Allocation Period, the rate for deposits in euros for a period of 3 months which appears on Telerate Page 248 as of 11.00 a.m. Brussels time on the day that is two TARGET Settlement Days prior to the first day of such Allocation Period.
