3.5% Notes definition

3.5% Notes means the Company's 3.5% Convertible Senior Notes due June 15, 2019 that were issued pursuant to the 3.5% Notes Indenture.
3.5% Notes shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 1A of this Agreement.
