The Contractor must comply with all applicable OSHA requirements, including but not limited to the requirements of 29 CFR part 1910 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards and 29 CFR part 1926 - Safety and Health Regulations for Construction, including 29 CFR 1926.62 regarding construction worker occupational exposure to lead, promulgated under the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, 29 U.S.C. 651 et seq.
