24/7 Support definition

24/7 Support means continuous service is provided for twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, and throughout the year.
24/7 Support means technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no exclusions for holidays. Technical support must contact the person that submitted the support ticket, by the contact method chosen by the submitter, within 4 hours for severity 1, 8 hours for severity 2, and next business day for severity 3 and 4.

Examples of 24/7 Support in a sentence

  • TCP will provide 24/7 Support to Client via both telephone and electronic mail.

  • We will: (a) provide you with access to the Services as described in this MSA and any applicable Order Forms with reasonable skill and care; (b) provide you with Premium Support (or enhanced 24/7 Support if you have purchased it) in accordance with the document available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇ (a copy may be attached to an Order Form but will still be subject to change in accordance with this URL).

  • Level 2 Issues qualify for 24/7 Support for Clients who have purchased this Support Plan.

  • Level 1 Issues qualify for 24/7 Support for Clients who have purchased this Support Plan.

  • Level 3 Issues do not qualify for 24/7 Support for Clients who have purchased this Support Plan.

  • Your Support level will be Premium unless you have subscribed to: (a) 24/7 Support; and/or (b) enhanced service management, on a relevant Order Form.

  • IPRO will provide 24/7 Support, where Customers can engage in any communication method to obtain Support during business days Monday through Friday during business and after-hours (critical issues or emergency support only).
