2017-A Collections definition

2017-A Collections means, for any Payment Date and the related Collection Period, the net amount collected or received by the Servicer on or in respect of the 2017-A Leases and 2017-A Vehicles during such Collection Period and transferred to the 2017-A Exchange Note Collection Account in respect of (i) Base Monthly Payments (including Payments Ahead when received) and any other payments under the 2017-A Leases, in each case excluding any Administrative Charges, (ii) Repurchase Payments, (iii) Net Liquidation Proceeds, (iv) Excess Mileage/Wear and Tear Fees, (v) proceeds of Dealer Recourse Rights, (vi) Pull Ahead Payments, (vii) Servicer Advances made by the Servicer and (viii) in the case of an optional termination pursuant to Section 5.01 of the 2017-A Servicing Supplement, the price specified in such Section; provided, however, that 2017-A Collections shall not include (1) any amounts received with respect to a 2017-A Lease for which a Repurchase Payment was included in the Collections for any prior Collection Period and (2) any payments received on any 2017-A Lease to the extent that the Servicer has previously made a Servicer Advance with respect to such 2017-A Lease and is entitled to reimbursement from such payment.
2017-A Collections means, for the Leases and Leased Vehicles allocated to the 2017-A Reference Pool and a Collection Period, the sum of the following amounts for the Collection Period, without duplication:

Examples of 2017-A Collections in a sentence

  • The Indenture Trustee will take into account that the 2017-A Collections and other amounts expected to be received on the Collateral must be sufficient to pay the unpaid principal of and accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes when determining whether or not to maintain possession of part of the Collateral.

  • The 2017-A Exchange Note will be payable solely from Exchange Note Available Funds, the proceeds of the other Borrower Collateral and any Shared Amounts allocated to the 2017-A Exchange Note under Section 5.1, in each case, according to the priorities in Section 5.1. For purposes of determining the 2017-A Collections, the Leases and Leased Vehicles will be deemed to have been allocated to the 2017-A Reference Pool from and after the related Cutoff Date.

  • Pending deposit in the Exchange Note Collection Account, the Servicer is not required to segregate 2017-A Collections or Payaheads from its own funds.

  • If Ford Credit is the Servicer, it may retain for its own account 2017-A Collections to the extent of reimbursable amounts under Section 3.8 of the Servicing Agreement for the 2017-A Reference Pool.

  • If Ford Credit is the Servicer and for any Payment Date, the sum of (i) 2017-A Collections for the Collection Period, plus (ii) Administrative Reallocation Amounts for the Payment Date, exceeds the amounts deposited under Section 4.3(b) for the Collection Period, Ford Credit will deposit an amount equal to the excess into the Collection Account on the Business Day before the Payment Date or, with satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition, on the Payment Date.

  • For purposes of determining the 2017-A Collections that are applicable to the 2017-A Reference Pool, the 2017-A Leases and 2017-A Vehicles included in the 2017-A Reference Pool will be deemed to have been included in the 2017-A Reference Pool from and after the 2017-A Cutoff Date.

  • If, for any Payment Date, the amounts deposited under Section 4.3(b) for the Collection Period exceed the sum of (i) 2017-A Collections for the Collection Period, plus (ii) Administrative Reallocation Amounts for the Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee will pay to Ford Credit an amount equal to the excess within two Business Days of Ford Credit’s direction, but no later than the Payment Date.

  • The 2017-A Exchange Note will primarily be payable from 2017-A Collections on or in respect of the Collateral Assets included in the 2017-A Reference Pool in accordance with the priorities in Section 5.01.

  • However, the Servicer will only make Active Lease Advances on a Lease if the Servicer, in its sole discretion, determines that the advances will be recoverable from subsequent 2017-A Collections (whether relating to the Lease and Leased Vehicle or another Lease or Leased Vehicle) under Section 4.3(b).

Related to 2017-A Collections

  • Net Collections With respect to any Corrected Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to all payments on account of interest and principal on such Mortgage Loan.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales or dispositions attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees, prepayment fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Investor Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Collections allocated to the Series issued pursuant to this Indenture Supplement pursuant to Section 4.3(a) for all Dates of Processing during such Monthly Period.

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series2023-3 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2023-3 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Final Collection Date means the date on or following the Termination Date on which the Outstanding Loan Amount has been reduced to zero and all other Borrower Obligations have been paid in full.

  • Available Collections means, for any Distribution Date, (i) all Obligor payments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (ii) all Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (iii) all interest earned on funds on deposit in the Collection Account during the preceding Collection Period, (iv) the aggregate Purchase Amount deposited in the Collection Account on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date, (v) all prepayments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period attributable to any refunded item included in the Amount Financed (including amounts received as a result of rebates of extended service plan contract costs and insurance premiums and proceeds received under physical damage, theft, GAP, credit life and credit disability insurance policies), and (vi) all Simple Interest Advances deposited into the Collection Account by the Servicer on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date; provided, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Purchased Receivable the Purchase Amount for which was included in Available Collections for a previous Distribution Date; provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Receivable to the extent that the Servicer has made an unreimbursed Simple Interest Advance with respect to such Receivable and is entitled to reimbursement from such payments or other amounts pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; and, provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to the Receivables that are retained by the Servicer as reimbursement for Unreimbursed Servicer Advances pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; provided, further, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date will exclude any Supplemental Servicing Fees.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Available Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of all Collections of Principal Receivables received during such Monthly Period, plus (b) the amount of Miscellaneous Payments, if any, for such Monthly Period that are allocated to Series 2002-CC pursuant to Section 4.03 of the Agreement, plus (c) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2002-CC in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.04 hereof.

  • data collection means the collection and verification of meter reading data from natural gas meters; “data transfer” means the transfer of metered data to the GPRO;

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Excess Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.8(a)(xv) of the Indenture.

  • Shared Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which may be applied to the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series in Group One or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series in Group One which the applicable Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Shared Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to the Investor Certificates.

  • Debt collection means the collection of unpaid tolls and applicable administrative fees by (i) 652 retention of a third-party debt collector or (ii) collection practices undertaken by employees of a toll 653 facility operator that are materially similar to a third-party debt collector.

  • Reallocated Principal Collections means, with respect to any --------------------------------- Monthly Period, the product of (a) the Principal Allocation Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period, (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Principal Receivables deposited in the Collection Account for such Monthly Period and (c) the sum of the Class B Floating Percentage and the Collateral Floating Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period.

  • Principal Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Unallocated Principal Collections shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.05(d).

  • SUBI Collections has the meaning set forth in the Indenture.

  • Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the aggregate amount retained in the Collection Account for Series 2007-A pursuant to Section 4.01(c)(ii) for such Monthly Period.

  • Interest Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Xxxxxxx ALT-A Trust 2004-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-8 - Master Servicer Collection Account," and which shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Reallocated Class B Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsection 4.12(a) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Class B Investor Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Class B Investor Interest after giving effect to any Class B Investor Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.

  • Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsections 4.12(a) and (b) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Collateral Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Collateral Interest after giving effect to any Collateral Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.
