2016 Term Availability Period definition

2016 Term Availability Period means the period from and including the First Amendment Effective Date to the earliest of (a) 60 days subsequent to the First Amendment Effective Date, (b) the Termination Date and (c) the date of termination in full of the 2016 Term Commitments.

  • Adjusted Total Term Loan Commitment means at any time the Total Term Loan Commitment less the Term Loan Commitments of all Defaulting Lenders.

  • Required Availability means Excess Availability and unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.

  • Maximum Term Loan Amount means Two Hundred Million and No/100 Dollars ($200,000,000).

  • Revolving Loan Termination Date means the earlier of (a) the fifth anniversary of the Funding Date and (b) the date of termination in whole of the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment pursuant to Section 2.05(a) or Section 9.01 hereof.

  • Availability Block means $15,000,000.
