2015 CIC Subaccount definition

2015 CIC Subaccount means the subaccount of a Participant’s Deferral Account established to separately account for the Prior CIC Agreement Payment deferred (and earnings or losses thereon).

Examples of 2015 CIC Subaccount in a sentence

  • In the case of the Participant entitled to receive the Prior CIC Agreement Payment, such Participant’s 2015 CIC Subaccount shall be credited as of the Merger Effective Time.

  • A Participant may designate, using a form, method, or process approved by the Committee, a percentage of his or her Plan Year Subaccount for any Plan Year, his or her 2012 Cash-Settled Equity Subaccount or his 2015 CIC Subaccount that shall be deemed to be invested in the RBC Stock Fund.

On and after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Class A-PO Deferred Amount will be zero. No interest will accrue on any Class A-PO Deferred Amount.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.
