2014 Earnout Amount means the amount of any Milestone Payments earned based upon 2014 Combined MIS Revenue. “2015 Combined MIS Revenue” means Combined MIS Revenue for fiscal year 2015.

The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.
