2014-A Reference Pool definition

2014-A Reference Pool means the Collateral Leases and Collateral Leased Vehicles listed on Schedule A to the Exchange Note Supplement, with such Collateral Leases and Collateral Leased Vehicles identified by the account number of the related Lease.

  • Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.

  • Reference Portfolio means, the notional portfolio made up of each Reference Asset, as described in this Information Statement under “Reference Portfolio”.

  • Nodal Reference Price at each location shall mean the 97th percentile price differential between day-ahead and real-time prices experienced over the corresponding two-month reference period in the prior calendar year. Reference periods will be Jan-Feb, Mar-Apr, May- Jun, Jul-Aug, Sept-Oct, Nov-Dec. For any given current-year month, the reference period months will be the set of two months in the prior calendar year that include the month corresponding to the current month. For example, July and August 2003 would each use July- August 2002 as their reference period.

  • Reference Portfolio Return means on any day, the weighted average return of the Reference Assets calculated as the sum of the Weighted Reference Asset Return of each of the Reference Assets comprising the Reference Portfolio.

  • Underlying Reference Value means, in respect of an Underlying Reference and a SPS Valuation Date, (i) the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference in respect of such SPS Valuation Date (ii) divided by the relevant Underlying Reference Strike Price.   • Final Reference Price means an amount (which shall be deemed to be a monetary value in the Underlying Currency) equal to the level of the Index at the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date or the Issuer Call Date, as the case may be, as determined by or on behalf of the Calculation Agent without regard to any subsequently published correction or (if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, no such level can be determined and no Market Disruption Event has occurred and is continuing) an amount determined by the Calculation Agent as its good faith estimate of the level of the Index on such date having regard to the then prevailing market conditions, the last reported trading price of the Shares and such other factors as the Calculation Agent determines relevant;

  • Reference Asset means a reference asset of the relevant Index or Investment Strategy in respect of a Series of ETP Securities as specified in the Final Terms.

  • Relevant Reference Price means the Reference Price on the Final Valuation Date. "Security Holder" means the holder of a Security.

  • Floating Allocation Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Invested Amount as of the last day of the preceding Monthly Period (or with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Initial Invested Amount) and the denominator of which is the greater of (1) the sum of (x) the total amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust at the end of the day on such date (or with respect to the first Monthly Period, at the end of the day on the Closing Date) and (y) the principal amount on deposit in the Excess Funding Account as of the end of the day on such date and (2) the sum of the numerators used to calculate the Series Percentages (as such term is defined in the Agreement) with respect to Finance Charge Receivables or Defaulted Receivables, as applicable, for all Series then outstanding; provided, however, that with respect to any Monthly Period in which an Addition Date occurs and the Servicer need not make daily deposits of Collections into the Collection Account, the denominator in (x) above shall be the Average Principal Balance; provided further, however, that with respect to any Monthly Period in which an Addition Date occurs and the Servicer is required to make daily deposits of Collections into the Collection Account, the denominator in (x) above shall be (1) for the period from and including the first day of such Monthly Period to but excluding the related Addition Date, the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust at the end of the day on the last day of the prior Monthly Period and (2) for the period from and including the related Addition Date to and including the last day of such Monthly Period, the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust at the end of the day on the related Addition Date.

  • Class A Floating Allocation means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that, with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Floating Allocation shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Investor Interest and the denominator of which is the Initial Investor Interest.

  • Reference Cut-Off Date means the eighth Scheduled Trading Day immediately following the Scheduled Reference Date or, if earlier, the Scheduled Trading Day falling on or immediately preceding the second Business Day immediately preceding the due date on which payment of any amount or delivery of any assets may have to be made pursuant to any calculation or determination made on such Reference Date, provided that the Reference Cut-Off Date shall not fall prior to the original date on which such Reference Date was scheduled to fall.
