2011B Bonds definition

2011B Bonds means the Former Agency’s $4,690,000 aggregate principal amount of Davis Redevelopment Project 2011 Subordinate Taxable Tax Allocation Bonds, Series B.
2011B Bonds means the City’s Oregon Convention Center Senior Lien Urban Renewal and Redevelopment Refunding Bonds, 2011 Series B (Tax-Exempt) which are described in Section 14 of this Declaration.
2011B Bonds means the Municipality's Taxable Sewerage System Mortgage Revenue Bonds, Series 2011B, dated October 27, 2011; and

2011B Bonds means the Cudahy Community Development Commission City-Wide Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation Bonds Series 2011B (Redevelopment Projects).

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.

  • 2022 Notes means the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2022, originally issued by Rowan Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • 2016 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$460,000,000 of 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2016 issued pursuant to the 2016 Note Indenture.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $15,757,000 of the Series A Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 through 2024 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • 2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • 2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.

  • Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • 2017 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$600,000,000 of 6.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2017 issued pursuant to the 2017 Note Indenture.

  • 2021 Notes means the 4.700% Senior Notes due 2021, originally issued by Ensco plc (now Valaris), a public limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales.
