2010 Securities definition

2010 Securities means the Company’s 1.25% Convertible Subordinated Notes due 2010, as amended or supplemented from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Indenture, that are issued under this Indenture.
2010 Securities means the Zero Coupon Convertible Subordinated Notes due June 15, 2033, First Putable June 15, 2010, or any of them (each, a “2010 Security”), as amended or supplemented from time to time, that are issued under this Indenture.
2010 Securities has the meaning set forth in the first recital of the Indenture.
