2010 Note Indenture definition

2010 Note Indenture means that certain Indenture, dated as of October 4, 2010, among Parent, as “Issuer”, Electronics and Controls, as guarantors thereunder, and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as “Trustee” pursuant to which the 2010 Notes were issued, as the same may be from time to time amended, restated or otherwise modified in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Senior Note Indenture the Indenture entered into by Holdings, the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries in connection with the issuance of the Senior Notes, together with all instruments and other agreements entered into by Holdings, the Borrower or such Subsidiaries in connection therewith.

  • Subordinated Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of the Closing Date, among the Borrower, the guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York, as trustee, pursuant to which the Subordinated Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted by Section 10.7(b).
