2010 Audited Financial Statements definition

2010 Audited Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23(b).

2010 Audited Financial Statements means the audited financial statements of Company (balance sheet, statement of operations, and statement of cash flows) on a consolidated basis for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010.

2010 Audited Financial Statements means the audited financial statements of the Purchaser for the twelve-month period ending on the two year anniversary of the Purchaser Year End, prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
