2008 Senior Notes definition

2008 Senior Notes means, collectively, (i) the Series B Senior Notes due October 1, 2013 in an aggregate initial principal amount of $100,000,000, (ii) the Series C Senior Notes due October 1, 2015 in an aggregate initial principal amount of $50,000,000 and (iii) the Series D Senior Notes due October 1, 2018 in an aggregate initial principal amount of $100,000,000, in each case as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, issued by the Company pursuant to the 2008 Note Agreement.

2008 Senior Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2008 Note Purchase Agreement”.

2008 Senior Notes means the senior notes of the Borrower issued in a private placement pursuant to the 2008 Note Purchase Agreement in the original principal amount of up to $350,000,000.
