2006 Dividend definition

2006 Dividend means the dividend distribution to be made by NFI to comply with U.S. federal income tax law requirements for REITs to distribute at least 90% of their REIT taxable income.
2006 Dividend shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.
2006 Dividend means the dividend declared by the shareholders’ meeting of the Company on February 7, 2008 in an amount equal to 10.76 Argentine Pesos per share, to be paid on February 29, 2008.
