2003 Transactions definition

2003 Transactions means, the transactions contemplated by the 2003 Merger Agreement and the related financing transactions.
2003 Transactions means the consummation of the Merger Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereby and the related financings and application of proceeds therefrom.
2003 Transactions means the issuance of securities, transfer of assets or other transactions to occur on or about the Issue Date and shall include, in the case of securities issuances, any issuances occurring after the Issue Date through the exercise of underwriters "green shoe" or over-allotment rights.
