2003 Securities definition

2003 Securities means any outstanding capital stock of the Company that constitutes a “Registrable Security,” as such term is defined in the 2003 Registration Rights Agreement; provided, however, that if such capital stock also constitutes Registrable Securities hereunder, such capital stock shall be deemed to be Registrable Securities and not 2003 Securities for all purposes hereunder.
