2003 Noteholders definition

2003 Noteholders means, collectively, the holders from time to time of the 2003 Notes.
2003 Noteholders means the holders from time to time of the 4.65% Senior Notes due July 25, 2013 (and any notes issued in substitution thereof) issued pursuant to the 2003 Note Purchase Agreement.
2003 Noteholders shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.
