2003-B Resolution definition

2003-B Resolution means Resolution No. 2003R-60 of the City Council, adopted on March 25, 2003, approving the Authority’s issuance of the 2003-B Bonds and establishing certain funds relating to the Generation System.

  • Payments to Cede & Co. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Series 2003B Resolution to the contrary, so long as any Series 2003B Bonds are registered in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of DTC, all payments of the principal, interest and premium, if any, with respect to such Series 2003B Bonds, and all notices with respect to such Series 2003B Bonds, shall be made and given, respectively, in the manner provided in the Letter of Representations of the City and the Paying Agent to DTC.

  • Master Resolution means the Amended and Restated Master Resolution Establishing The University of Texas System Revenue Financing System adopted by the Board on February 14, 1991, as amended on October 8, 1993, and August 14, 1997.

  • Authorizing Resolution means a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors or by an Officer or committee of Officers pursuant to Board delegation authorizing a Series of Securities.

  • Certified Resolution means a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company, certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Company to have been duly adopted and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification.
