2002 Accounts definition

2002 Accounts means the consolidated trial balance of the Company and of each Subsidiary, prepared in accordance with US GAAP, for the year ending 31 December 2002 a copy of which has for the purpose of identification only been initialled by the Sellers’ Solicitors and the Purchaser’s Solicitors;
2002 Accounts means the audited Accounts as at and for the financial period ended on 31 December 2002 of the Seller, each of the Companies and each of the Subsidiaries, the directors’ report and auditors’ report;
2002 Accounts as described in Section 5.1.13 “2003 ACCOUNTS” as described in Section 5.1.13

2002 Accounts means the audited combined pro-forma financial statements of the T&D Activities as of 31 March 2002 and for the 12 months then ended, including a combined balance sheet (bilan), a combined income statement (compte de résultat) and a combined cash flow statement, as well as notes (annexe) relating thereto;
2002 Accounts means the unaudited non-statutory financial statements of the Operations as at and for the year ended 31st December 2002 in the Agreed Form AF1A;

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Financing Accounts means, collectively, the Credit Account and the Grant Account (or, where the context so requires, either of the Credit Account or the Grant Account).”

  • Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.

  • Mortgagor Accounts As defined in Section 3.07(a) of this Agreement.

  • Servicing Accounts The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.08.

  • Agency Account(s means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1 hereof.

  • Subaccounts is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).
