1998 Ordinance definition

1998 Ordinance means, as supplemented and amended, the Issuer’s Ordinance No. 98-4957, adopted July 21, 1998, authorizing the 1998 Bonds.
1998 Ordinance means Ordinance No. 98-3454 adopted by the City Council of the City on May 18, 1998, pursuant to which (in addition to the 1979 Ordinance) the 1998 Warrants were issued.
