1993 Ordinance definition

1993 Ordinance means, collectively, Ordinance Nos. 16416 and 16417 of the City, pursuant to which the 1993 Bonds were issued.
1993 Ordinance means the ordinance providing for the issuance of the Series 1993Bonds and any Additional Parity Bonds, as defined in paragraph 3 of the preamble to this Resolution
