155 Potential Enrollee definition
155 Potential Enrollee means a Participant who is subject to mandatory enrollment, or is eligible to voluntarily enroll, but is not yet an Enrollee of a Health Plan. Participants who are Potential Enrollees covered by this Contract are set forth in Attachment II. Potential Enrollee includes Participants within the Contracting Area who, pursuant to federal law or waiver, have the option to enroll with an MCO.
