  • Upon obtaining all necessary approvals of the Construction Documents from authorities having jurisdiction, and acceptance by the City of the 100% Construction Documents and latest Statement of Probable Construction Cost, the Consultant shall assist the City in obtaining bids and preparing and awarding the construction contract.
