Definition of 10% Notes


10% Notes means the Borrower’s 10% Senior Notes due 2018 in an aggregate principal amount outstanding on the Second Restatement Effective Date of $640,000,000.


10% Notes means those 10% Senior Secured Notes due 2020 issued pursuant to the 10% Notes Indenture.

10% Notes means the Borrower’s 10% Senior Notes due 2015.
