10 Month Employee definition

10 Month Employee means an Employee who works only during the School Year.
10 Month Employee means any employee other than a 12-month employee, regardless of whether that employee’s wages are paid over 10 months or 12 months.
10 Month Employee means an Employee who occupies a permanent full- time or permanent part-time position and is paid annually for two hundred five (205) days as follows; one hundred ninety-five (195) working days, and ten (10) holidays together with vacation pay in accordance with Article 11.

  • For example: Full-Time 10 Month Employee: A 10-month Employee who works 100% of the contractual work week during the 10 month period of employment.
